4.What's your MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ is 500PCs or 1,000PCs according to different bags. Please contact us to get the exact information.
5.What's your loading port?
Our loading port is Qingdao port(Seaport & Airport).
6.How do you control the product quality?
We have a professional QA(quality assurance) system and on-line and off-line QC, respectively for the material incoming control, production control and packing control. All of the quality control processes ensure our products to be high-quality ones.
7.What's your delivery time?
It depends on the styles and quantity. Usually, the delivery time is 30days-40days.
For small or urgent orders, preferential treatments will be given.
8.How can I get a sample? Is it free? What's the sample lead-time?
If the sample you want is our stock sample, it will be free for you, but you need to pay for the delivery fees. We have a professional designer with more than 10 years of experience. We are sure to provide you with ideal products. If you want the sample printed with your Logo, it will take extra 4-7 days.
